Job description:
Hansa Meyer Global Transport’s scope of work was from FCA loading port up to CFR destination Port Khalifa Bin Salman, Bahrain and included local trucking, container stuffing and ocean freight for approx. 400 Containers and Special Equipment.
The particular challenge for this project was to ship all equipment during peak season on short notice while being limited to only one carrier due to contractual obligations of the client.
The project team managed to continuously ship large lots of 40 containers per week over a period of 2 months in order to meet the milestones of the client and have all cargo on time at destination.
