World record operation by using the world’s largest airplane
Siemens AG Österreich awarded us on short notice with the logistics contract for twelve (12) HRSG Modules from Chile to Bolivia.
The Modules (6x 1600x495x390 cm / 152 t and 6x 1600x495x410 cm / 154 t) were shipped in one (1) Lot to Iquique Seaport, Chile.
As from Iquique Seaport the Modules were trucked to Iquique Airport for air transportation by Antonov AN225, the world’s biggest Airplane, up to Chimore Airport in Bolivia and onward Trucking of approx. 70km up to Site Entre Rios, Bolivia.
For Antonov this operation was a World Record – till date they never conducted twelve (12) consecutive flights in a row.
